During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff who offered great service with a smile, which made me feel at home. The clean and spacious studio apartments with polished ceramic tiled floors were very comfortable and well maintained. They even provided clean towels and toiletries in a bag, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location when driving from the east and visiting the eastern part of the city was a key advantage.

Firstly, finding the hotel was quite challenging as it was not well identified on Google Maps, and more detailed directions could have been provided on the website. Secondly, I was disappointed to find there were no cups, bowls, or cutlery in the kitchenette, which made it difficult to make my own meals. Lastly, I would have appreciated if they provided two small water bottles in each room as one was not enough for the entire stay.
